Fundraising

Lerch`s Donuts holds our fundraising season in January, February, and March. Our fundraising program is a presale system, each hosting group has a designated sale period, orders are totaled and submitted to Lerch`s on the host's due date. The host then picks up the groups order on a specific date and is responsible for distribution.

Program outlines and date selection emails go out in October and are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. These are a freshly made product that will be made the night before morning pickup to ensure product quality. It is then on the hosting group to complete distribution in a timely manner to maintain our brands reputation and product expectations.
